Carol – preschool teacher and garden educator at Sequoia Children’s Center
Teacher Carol teaches in the Eagles class. Teacher Carol brings a rich teaching experience, having been a kindergarten teacher for the Redwood City School District. She finds great joy in sparking children's interest in phonemic awareness as they embark on the exciting journey of decoding words and building a strong foundation for pre-reading skills. She is passionate about introducing children to life sciences through interactive, hands-on experiences, including seed planting and harvesting herbs, vegetables, and flowers in the school garden.

Carol holds a BA degree in Liberal Studies and ECE units.
